BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 40 of Ordinance No. 20, Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1960, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following subsection. "SECTION 40-H. RESIDENTIAL ZONE B-XII. Residential "Zone B-XII shall contain all of that area within the following description: Beginning at the northeast corner of this parcel of land, the southeast corners of Lot 9, portion of Costa Roumanis Subdivision, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALM" being 9,297.01 feet south and 2,136.53 feet east and thence running by a2imuths measured clockwise from true south: 1. 355° 40' 225.00 feet along Lots 8 and 9, portion of Costa Roumanis Subdivision in Lot 518, Waiakea Homesteads, Second Series, and along the east side of Komohana Street; 2. 85° 40' 371.20 feet along Lots 7 and 8, portion of Costa Roumanis Subdivision in Lot 518, Waiakea Homesteads, Second Series; 3• 355° --44-'-.---Z$Z~~ feet along Lots 2 through 7, portion K of Costa Roumanis Subdivision "'" `"", in Lot 518, Waiakea Homesteads, Second Series; 4. 85° 40.11. 1936.OO.~feet along Lot 518, 519, 618 and 619, Waiakea Homesteads, Second Series; Ord. No. 166 -- r7? 5. 175° 40' 1800.00 feet along Lot 28, portion ~ Costa Roumanis Subdivision in Lot 519, Waiakea Homesteads, Second Series and along Lots 519 and 520, Waiakea Homesteads, Second Series; 6. 265° 40' 1936.00 feet along Lots 16 through 28, portion of Costa Roumanis Subdivision in Lots 518 and 519, Waiakea Homesteads, Second Series, and along the south side of Puainako Street; 7. 355° 40' 787.50 feet along Lots 10 through 17, portion of Costa Roumanis Subdivision in Lot 518, Waiakea Homesteads, Second Series; and 8. 265° 40' 371.20 feet along Lots 9 and 10, portion of Costa Roumanis Subdivision in Lot 518, Waiakea Homesteads, Second Series, to the point of beginning and containing an area of 66.57 acres more or less." This Bill changes the land use designation of a certain area of land situated near the southwest corner of Komohana and Puainako Street intersection in Waiakea Homesteads from Residential Use to Single-Family Residential Use. This Bill rezones those portions of land situated at Waiakea Homesteads from Residential Zone "A", Agricultural Zone I and Agricultural Zone 2 to Residential Zone B-XII.
