ORDINANCE NO. i24
ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.02, NORTH KONA ZONE MAP, AND SECTION
8.02, ORDINANCE N0. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL TO DOUBLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
IN KEALAKEHE, NORTH KONA, HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7.02 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning
Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967,
as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following subsection.
"7.02 a) The District Classification of a certain
area of land situated in Kealakehe, North
Kona, Hawaii, said area outlined in red and
designated on the map attached hereto marked
"Exhibit A" and by reference made a part
hereof, a copy of which map is filed in the
office of the County Clerk, shall be Double
Family Residential (RD-3.75)."
SECTION 2. Section 8.02 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning
Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967,
as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following
subsection.

"8.02 a) The District Classification of the
following area situated at Kealakehe,
North Kona, Hawaii, shall be Double
Family Residential.
Beginning at the east corner of this
parcel of land, the north corner of
Kealakehe School Lot, Executive Order
No. 2312, the coordinates of said point
of beginning referred to Government Survey
Triangulation Station "KEAHUOLU" being
7,874.04 feet north and 14,478.19 feet
east and thence running by azimuths
measured clockwise from true south:
1. 65° 06° 440.00 feet along Kealakehe
School Lot,
Executive Order
No. 2312;
2. 155° 06' 500.00 feet along State of
Hawaii lands,
General Lease
No. 3432;
3. 245° 06' 440.00 feet along State of
Hawaii lands,
General Lease
No. 3432; and,
4. 335° 06' 500.00 feet along the west
side of a 50-foot
road, to the point
of beginning and
containing an area
of 5.05 acres more
or less."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
