NORTH KONA ZONE MAP, ZONING ORDINANCE, III 1967, AS AMENDED, OF CERTAIN LANDS ZN PAHOEHOE 4TH, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 7.02 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following subsection: "7.02(b) The District Classification of certain land situated at Pahoehoe 4th, North Kona, Hawaii, said area outlined in red and designated on a map attached hereto and marked Exhibit A and by reference made a part hereof, a copy of which is filed in the office of the County Clerk, shall be Resort-Hotel (V-1,25) District," SECTION 2. Section 8.02 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following subsection: "8.02(b) The District Classification of the following area situated at Pahoehoe 4th, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be Resort-Hotel: !_,~.erEi~ll Beginning at rt.y-e 'si5w~'hwest corner of this parcel of land, the smv4hwest corner of Lot 2, portion of R.
