ORDINANCE NO, 136
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE APPLICATION AND RFdQEWAL
OF MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVERS' INSTRUCTION PERMITS AND OPERATORS'
LICENSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAYTAIIe
SECTION 1, The following fees are hereby established
for the application and renewal of motor vehicle instruction
permits and operators' licensese
A. Application for Instruction Permit $1,00
B, Application for Operator's License $1,00
(Not chargeable if applicant presents
evidence of having paid to Hawaii County
the application fox instruction permit fee.)
C, Operator's license valid for two years. $2.00
D, Renewal of operator's license valid for
two years, $2,00
E. Operator's license valid for four years. $4.00
F, Renewal of operator's license valid for
four years. $4.00
G. Application for chauffeur's license $1,00
(Not chargeable if applicant presents
evidence of having paid to Hawaii County
the application for instruction permit fee.)
H, Chauffeur's license $3,00
I, Renewal of chauffeur's license $3,00
J, Duplicate license $1.00
SECTION 2. All fees hereinabove collected shall be deposited
in the General Fund of the County of Hawaii as County realizations,
SECTION 3, Ordinance No. 88 is hereby repealed,

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE APPLICATION AND RENEWAL
OF MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVERS' INSTRUCTION PERMITS AND OPERATORS'
LICENSES.
This Bill sets fees for the application and renewal of
motor vehicle instruction permits and operators' licenses and
repeals Ordinance No. 88.
