AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7,06, THE NORTH AND SOUTH KOHALA
DISTRICTS ZONE MAP, ORDINANCE NO, 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE),
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED,
BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LANDS FROM
AGRICULTURE TO MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL AND OPEN IN KAWAIHAE
2ND, SOUTH KOHALA, HAWAII,
BE IT ORDAINED EY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS I:N AND FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTICN 1, Section 7,06 of Ordinance No, 63 (Zoning
Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967,
as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following subsections:
"7,06(a) The District Classification of the following
area situated at Kawaihae 2nd, South Kohala, Hawaii, shall
be Multiple Family Residential:
Beginning at the south corner of this parcel of land,
the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to
Government Survey Triangulation Station "Puu Pa" being
11,640,57 feet north and 35,829,84 feet west and run-
ning by azimuths measured clockwise from true south:
1, 121° 46' 605,00 feet along the north side
of the Open. zoned parcel;
2, 118° 18' 34,5" 1.04,96 feet along the north side
of the Open. zoned parcel;
3, 201° 14' 30" 8,71 feet along the east side
of Tank No, 5 site of the
State of Hawaii;
4, 111° 14' 30" lOC,00 feet along the north side
of Tank No, 5 site of the
State of Hawaii;

being also the north side of Kawaihae Road, the coordinates
of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey
Triangulation Station "Puu Pa" being 11,598,06 feet north
and 35,856,16 feet west and running by azimuths measured
clockwise from true south:
1, 121° 46' 605,00 feet along the north side of
Kawaihae Road;
Thence along the north side of
Kawaihae Road along a curve to
the left with a radius of
794.00 feet, the chord azimuth
and distance being:
2. 118° 18' 34.5" 95.76 feet;
3, 201° 14' 30" 50,29 feet along the east side of
Tank No. `i site of the State
of Hawaii;
4, 298° 18' 34,5" 104.96 feet along the south side of
