HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 1968-140BILL NO. _ 511 COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII ORDINANCE NO, 140 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7,02, THE NORTH KONA ZONE MAP, ORDINANCE NO. 63 (ZONING GRDINANCE), REVISED 0RDIlv'1NCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF A CERTAIN AREA OF LAND FRONT UNPLANNED TO SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL IN LAALOA 1ST, LAALOA 2ND AND KAPALAALAEA .1ST, NORTH KONA, HAWAII, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SFJPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 7,02 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following subsection: "7,02(c) The District Classification of the following area situated at Laaloa 1st, Laaloa 2nd and Kapalaalaea 1st, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be Single-Family Residential: Beginning at the southeast corner of this parcel of land and on the northerly boundary of Grant 3019 at Kaaioulu, the approximate coordinates of said point of beginninq_ referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "Kailua" being 18208 feet South and 13552 feet East, and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: 1. 77° 20' 327 feet, a little more or less, along an old stonewall along the northerly boundary of Grant 3019 to Kaaioulu; 2, 82° 00' 277 feet, a little more or less, along an old stonewall along the northerly boundary of Grant 3019 to Kaaioulu t.o a point on the easterly side of the olc?
