ORDINANCE N0.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2(i) OF ORDINANCE N0. 36,
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, PERTAINING
TO EQUIPMENT OF SCHOOL BUSSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 2(i) of Ordinance No. 36, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"(i) All school busses shall be equipped
with an adequate horn, dual or supplementary
braking system, rear vision mirror, headlights,
taillights, speedometer, windshield constructed
of safety glass, windshield wiper, steering,
mechanical handsignalling device if needed, and
other equipment required by law."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
