RE: Bill 333
This is to transmit Bill No. 333, Draft 2, which amends the Operating Budget for Fiscal
Year Ending June 30, 2001.
Specifically, Bill No. 333, Draft 2 proposes to decrease the Provision for Future Budget
Shortfall account by $450,000. The $450,000 will be placed in the Clerk-Council's SVC
OCE Account No. 010-101-5101.02 for the purpose of allowing council members to use
$50,000 each for projects and programs they desire, with appropriate administrative and
legislative approvals.
