ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE INITIAL SALARIES OF APPOINTIVE
OFFICIALS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII PURSUANT TO SECTION 16-12
OF THE COUNTY CHARTER FOR COUNTY OF HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The initial salaries of the following
officials of the County of Hawaii under the County Charter
are hereby fixed as follows:

Manager, Department of Water Supply ...... $17,676.00
Director of Personnel Services ........... $17,676.00
Corporation Counsel ..................... $17,500.00

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 38, WHICH PERTAINS TO
THE REGULATION AND CONTROL OF TAXICAB DRIVERS AND TAXIMETERS,
ESTABLISHING TAXICAB RATES AND FARES, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES
FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
This Bill amends the sections pertaining to the
installation, operation, registration, inspection and £ees
of taximeters and the rates of fare, and providing penalties
for the violation thereof.

This Bill sets the initial salaries of certain appointive
officials of the County of Hawaii under the County Charter.
