ORDINANCE N0. 1~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.22 (PAHOA ZONE MAP), OF
ORDINANCE N0. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING
THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FOR A CERTAIN AREA OF LAND
FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-10) TO VILLAGE
COMMERCIAL (CV-10) IN NANAWALE HOMESTEADS, PUNA, HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7.22 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning
Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967,
as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following
subsection:
"7.22(a). The district classification of
the following area situated at Nanawale Homesteads,
Puna, Hawaii, shall be Village Commercial (CV-10):
Beginning at a point at the south corner of this
lot and on the north side of the main Government
Road, the coordinates of said point of beginning
referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station
"Village Flag" being 927.07 feet south and 1,218.61
feet east, thence running by azimuths measured
clockwise from true south:
1. 124° 20' 148.13 feet along the north side
of the main Government
Road;
2. 216° 30' 219.73 feet along southeast side of
the Homesteads Road;
3. 303° 57' 161.16 feet along lease lot;
4. 39° 51' 221.69 feet along Lots 20, 21 and 22,
portion of Lot 19, Nanawale
'Homesteads, to the point of
beginning and containing an
area of 34,000 square feet,
more or less,
as outlined in dark red on the map attached hereto, marked
"Exhibit A," and by reference made a part hereof."

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
