ORDINANCE N0. 162
AN ORDINANCE SUSPENDING THE APPLICATION OF ORDINANCE N0. 39,
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO TRAFFIC CODE, ON PORTION OF KAMEHAMEHA AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The provisions of Ordinance No. 39, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, relating
to Traffic Code, shall be suspended for a period of two (2)
hours from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. on Sunday, October 27,
1968, on portion of Kamehameha Avenue between the intersection
Hatnakua
of Kamehameha Avenue and Ponahawai Street and the/intersection
near
of Kamehameha Avenue and the Hawaii Belt Road .arsas~s--fx-om- the
Honolulu Iron Works.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAFtAII 1967, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO TRAFFIC CODE, ON PORTION OF KAMEHAMEHA AVENUE.
This Bill temporarily closes a portion of Kamehameha
Avenue on Sunday, October 27, 1968, for a period of
two (2) hours £rom 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
