ORDINANCE NO. 157
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7,06(NORTH AND SOUTH KOHALA
ZONE MAP) OF ORDINANCE N0, 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY
CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FOR A CERTAIN AREA OF
LAND FROM AGRICULTURE (A-20a) TO AGRICULTURE (A-3a) IN
KAAUHUHU HOMESTEADSr NORTH KOHALA, HAWAII,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7.06 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning
Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967,
as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following subsection:
"7.06(b), The district classification of the
following area situated in Kaauhuhu Homesteads, North
Kohala, Hawaii, shall be Agriculture (A-3a):
Beginning at a point at the northwest corner of this
parcel of land, being also the mauka side of the
Government Road, the coordinates of said point of
beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation
Station "Puu-O-Naie" being 3,939,20 feet north and
4,840,16 feet east and running by azimuths measured
clockwise from true south:
For the next eight (8)
courses along the mauka
side of the Government Road,
the azimuths and distances
being:
1, 198° 00'
2, 178° 55'
3, 167° 17'
4, 175° 30'
5, 218° 03'
6, 279° 40'
7, 256° 26'
8. 246° 08'
9. 319° 16'

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
