BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 7.05 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following subsection: "7,05(c). The district classification of the following area situated at Waiaha 2nd, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be Single Family Residential (RS-7,5): Beginning at a pipe at the southwest corner of this parcel of land the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station 'North Meridian' being 5586.87 feet south and 4312.32 feet east, and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true south: 1. 162° 54' 334.86 feet along the remainder of Grant 53 27 to Samuel Liftee to a pipe in the middle of a stonewall; 2, 256° 51' 65,76 feet along the middle of a stonewall to a pipe; 3, 254° 38' 30" 147.50 feet along the middle of a stonewall to a pipe; 4, 250° O5' 39,34 feet along the middle of a stonewall to a pipe; 5. 254° 32' 285,07 feet along the middle of a __,. . stonewall t o a pipe; 6. 255° 12' 174.88 feet along the middle of a stonewall to a pipe; 7. 254° 29' 176,29 feet along the middle of a stonewall to a pipe; _._.
