ORDINANCE N0. 1~
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE),
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED,
BY ADOPTING THE ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF HILO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning
Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967,
as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following additional subsection:
"Section 7-29. City of Hilo Zone Map, marked
thereupon as Section 7-29, a copy of which is filed
in the Office of County Clerk."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
