HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 1969-193BILL NO. 567 COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII ORDINANCE NO. 193 AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF BONDS FOR CERTAIN COUNTY OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. In accordance with the provisions of Section 13-6 of the Charter of the County of Hawaii, bonds in the following amounts shall be furnished by the officers and employees hereinafter named: Officers and Emolovees Bonds Mayor .........................................$ 25,000 . Councilman (each) .............................$ 10,000 Prosecuting Attorney ..........................$ 20,000 . Director of Finance ........................... $ 25, 000 Corporation Counsel ........................... $ 20, 000 Deputy Director of Finance .................... $ 20, 000 Controller ....................................$ 20, 000 Treasurer .....................................$ 20, 000 Purchasing Agent ..............................$ 10, 000 Cashier .......................................$ 10,000 County Clerk ..................................$ 15,000 SECTION 2. Officers and employees of the legislative branch shall file their bonds with them~e--~--~~C~~o{{unty Clerk. Officers and employees of the executive~,b~anck~, ~3l~~file their' bonds with the Finance Director. SECTION 3, The premium on ttr¢ bondg shall be paid by the County. SECTION 4.
