AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE),
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS
AMENDED, BY AMENDING SECTION 10-5(e)19 THEREOF,
EXTENDING THE 45-MILE PER HOUR SPEED ZONE AT PAAUILO,
HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 10-5(e)19 of Ordinance No. 39,
the Traffic Code of the County of Hawaii, pertaining to the
45-mile per hour speed limit on the Hawaii Belt Road in
Paauilo, Hawaii, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"19. Hawaii Belt Road, in Paauilo, from
200 feet Hilo of East Paauilo Bridge to a point
2 of a mile Honokaa of the Paauilo Access Road."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

February 7, 1969.
Copies of the foregoing Ordinance, in full are on
file in the Office of the County Clerk for use and examination
by the public.

second and final reading at the meeting of the County Council
