AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 192, RELATING TO THE
TEMPORARY CAPITAL PROGRAM FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 2, 1969,
TO JUNE 30, 1969.
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 192, relating to the adoption
of the Temporary Capital Program for the Period from January 2,
1969, to June 30, 1969, is hereby amended to include the
following:
1. For Fire Department--Pahoa Fire Station
Change the total estimated six-year cost from.
$36,000.00 to $37,000.00.
2. For Parks and Recreation Department
a. Konawaena School Floodlights--Change the
total estimated six-year cost from $80,000.00
to $94,000.00.
b. Tennis Courts (Waimea and Kohala)--Change the
total estimated six-year cost from $80,000.00
to $95,000.00; change the 1969 recommended
method of financing as follows:
(1) County Funds--from $35,000.00 to $38,182.00
(2) Federal Funds--from $15,000.00 to $26,818.00.
3. For Public Works Department--Add project entitled Keauhou
Sewerage System.
Insert total estimated six-year cost for the
project--$1,934,000,00. Insert recommended method of
financing--$967,000.00 Federal funds; $967,000.00
private funds.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
