ORDINANCE NO. 206
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC ORDINANCE),
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, BY ADDING
A PARAGRAPH TO SECTION 14-2, RELATING TO CROSSWALKS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 14-2 of Ordinance No. 39 (Traffic
Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967,
is hereby amended by adding a paragraph thereto to read as
follows:
"(c) The following crosswalks shall be effective when
appropriate lines or other markings on the surface of
the roadway giving notice thereof are painted:
1, NORTH KONA
a. At Mamalahoa Highway in Kainaliu, Kona,
in front of the Kona Mission School."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
