ORDINANCE NO.. ~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-5, PERTAINING TO SPEED LIMITS,
OF ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDIYIANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 10-5 of Ordinance No. 39 (Traffic
Ordinance) is hereby amended by adding a new section thereto
to read as follows:
"(aa) Twenty miles per hour
1, Anderton Camp Road in Papaikou, from the
Mamalahoa Highway for a distance of
1,700 feet in the mauka direction."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
