ORDINANCE NO, .,, ``~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING GRDINAL~CE NO. 39, TRAFFIC CODE, BY
AMENDING SECTION 14-2, PERTAINING TO CROSSWALKS, AND
SECTION 17-5, PERTAINING TO NO-PARKING LONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1, Section 14-2(c) of Ordinances No. 39, Traffic
Code, Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is
hereby amended by adding a paragraph thereto to read as follows:
"2, PUNA
a, At Government Road, in front of Harry K, Brown
Park in Kalapana at the entrance to the
parking lot,
b, At Government Road, 180 feet on the volcano
side of the entrance to Harry F;, Brown Park
in Kalapana,"
SECTION 2, Section 17-8 of Ordinance No, 39, Traffic
Code, Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is
hereby amended by adding a new paragraph to ~~ubsection t to
read as follows:
"b, Mauka side of the Government Road, in front
of Harry Y., Brown Park in Kalapana, from
the entrance to the parking lot to 600 feet
in the volcano direction,"
SECTION 3, Ordinance No, 218 is hereby repealed,

and examination by the public.
