AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE IMPROVEMENT REVOLVING FUND TO KISHI
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. 5.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The sum of $14,557 is transferred out of the Unappropriated
Surplus Account of the Improvement Revolving Fund to the account enumerated
in Section 2.
SECTION 2. The amount specified in Section 1 is hereby appropriated
to the following fund and expenditure account as set forth hereinbelow:
