AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3~' (TRAFFIC ORDINANCE),
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, BY ADDING
A PARAGRAPH TO SECTION 17-8, RELATING TO NO-PARKING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 17-8 of Ordinance No. 39 (Traffic
Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967,
is hereby amended by adding a paragraph thereto to read as
follows:
"2. SOUTH HILO
a. The Hamakua side of Haihai Street between
the entrance and exit of the Hilo Municipal
Golf Course."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
