AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.02, THE NORTH KONA ZONE MAP, ORDINANCE
NO. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM DOUBLE-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, 3,750 SQUARE FEET OF LAND AREA PER RENTABLE UNIT
(RD-3,75) TO MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, 5,000 SQUARE FEET OF LAND
AREA PER RENTABLE UNIT (RM-5) FOR A PARCEL OF LAND IN KEALAKEHE HOME-
STEADS, NORTH KONA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7-4-08:PORTION OF
PARCEL 17.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7,02 of Ordinance No, 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding thereto the following subsection:
"7.02(h), The district classification of the following
area situated at Kealakehe Homesteads, North Kona, Hawaii,
shall be Multiple-Family Residential, 5,000 square feet of
land area per rentable unit (RM-5):
Beginning at the east corner of this parcel of land, the north
corner of Kealakehe School Lot, Executive Order No, 2312, the
coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government
Survey Triangulation Station "KEAHUOLU" being 7,874,04 feet
north and 14,478.19 feet east and thence running by azimuths
measured clockwise from true south:
1. 65° 063 440,00 feet along Kealakehe School Lot,
Executive Order No, 2312;
2, 155° 063 500.00 feet along State of Hawaii lands,
General Lease No, 3432;
3, 2450 063 440,00 feet along State of Hawaii lands,
General Lease No. 3432; and,
4, 335° 063 500.00 feet along the west side of a
50-foot road, to the point
of beginning and containing
an area of 5.05 acres more
or less,
All as outlined in red on the map attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A," and by reference made a part hereof."

ORDINANCE N0. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCES, REVISED ORDINANCES OF
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION FROM DOUBLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, 3,750 SQUARE

Date Approved: August 20, 1969
Date Effective: August 26, 1969
Copies of the foregoing Ordinance, in full, are on file
in the Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by
the public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance passed
second and final reading at the meeting of the County Council
on August 20, 1969, by the following aye and no vote:
AYES: Councilmen Carpenter, De Luz, Edwards, Greenwell,
Matayoshi, Souza, Yadao, Yamada and Council
