AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7,04, THE KAILUA URBAN ZONE MAP, ORDI_
NANCE NO, 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM
DOUBLE_FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, 3,750 SQUARE FEET OF LAND AREA PER RENTABLE
UNIT (RD_3,75) TO MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, 1,000 SQUARE FEET OF
LAND AREA PER RENTABLE UNIT (RM-1) FOR A PARCEL IN HONUAULA, NORTH
KONA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7_5-22:77,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1, Section 7,04 of Ordinance No, 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding thereto the following subsection:
"7,O4(a), The district classification of the following
area situated at Honuaula, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be Multiple-
Family Residential, 1,000 square feet of land area per rentable
unit (RM-1):
Beginning at a spike in concrete at the northwest corner of this
parcel of land, the coordinates of which referred to Government
Survey Triangulation Station "NORTH MERIDIAN" being 921,92 feet
south and 1775,34 feet east, and thence running by azimuths
measured clockwise from true south:
1, 237° 50= 100.00 feet along the southerly side of,4O,00
foot wide subdivision road, to a
pipe in concrete;
Thence along subdivision road on a
20,00 foot radius curve to the right,
the chord azimuth and distance being:
2, 282° 501 28,28 feet to a pipe in concrete;
3, 327° 50s 45,68 feet along the southwesterly side of
32,00 foot wide subdivision road, to
a pipe in concrete;
4, 57° SOa 120,00 feet along Lot 92 of File Plan 769 to a
pipe in concrete;
5, 147° 50i 65,68 feet along Lot 94 of File Plan 769 to
the point of beginning and containing
an area of 7796 square feet,
All as outlined in red on the map attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A," and by reference made a part hereof,"

ORDINANCE N0. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE , REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
