AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7,04, THE KAILUA URBAN ZONE MAP, ORDI-
NANCE NO, 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM
MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, 1,000 SQUARE FEET OF LAND AREA PER RENTA_
BLE UNIT (RM-1) TO VILLAGE COMMERCIAL, 7,500 SQUARE FEET MINIMUM SIZED
LOTS (CV_7,5) FOR TWO PARCELS IN KEOPU 3rd AND HONUAULA, NORTH KONA,
HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7-5-22:25 and 26,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII;
SECTION 1, Section 7,04 of Ordinance No, 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended,is hereby
further amended by adding thereto the following subsection:
"7,04(b), The district classification of the following
area situated at Keopu 3rd and Honuaula, North Kona, Hawaii
shall be Village Commercial, 7,500 square feet minimum sized
lots (CV_7,5):
Beginning at the west corner of this parcel of land, the west
corner of Lot 62 of File Plan 769 and on the southerly side of
Kalani Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning re-
ferred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "NORTH ME-
RIDIAN" being 973,05 feet south and 1168,12 feet east and
running by azimuths measured clockwise from true south:
1, 237° 50~ 98,82 feet along the southerly side of
Kalani Street;
Thence along a curve to the
right with a radius of 20,00
feet, the chord azimuth and
distance being:
2, 2840 54~ 30" 29,29 feet;
3, 331° 59t 120,47 feet along the westerly side of
Kalawa Street;
4, 61° 59= 120,00 feet along the northerly side of
Lot 60 of File Plan 769;
5, 151° 59~ 133,26 feet along the easterly side of
Lots 47 and 48 of File Plan
769 to the point of beginning
and containing an area. of
16,396 square feet,
