AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7,18, THE PUNA DISTRICT ZONE MAP, ORDI_
NANCE NO, 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM
AGRICULTURAL (A_3a) TO AGRICULTURAL (A_la) IN KAPOHO, HALEKAMAHINA,
PUUA, PUNA, HAWAII,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1, Section 7,18 of Ordinance No, 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding thereto the following subsection:
"7,18 (a). The district classification of the following
area situated at Kapoho, Halekamahina, Puua, Puna, Hawaii,
shall be Agricultural (A-la):
Beginning at the northwest corner of this parcel of land, being
a point on the east boundary of the Nanawale Farm Ranch Lands
Subdivision, F, P, 644, the coordinates of said point of beginning
referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "Kapoho"
being 617,28 feet north and 20,621,98 feet west and running by
azimuths measured clockwise from true south:
1, 304° 30~ 415,00 feet along the remainder of
R, P, 7788, L, C, Aw, 8452,
Agana 15 to A, Keohokalole;
2, 235° 06! 400,00 feet along same;
