AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7,24, THE KAU DISTRICT ZONE MAP, ORDI-
NANCE NO, 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM
AGRICULTURAL (A-2Oa) TO AGRICULTURAL (A_3a) IN KAUNAMANO HOMESTEADS,
KAU, HAWAII,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1_ Section 7,24 of Ordinance No, 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding thereto the following subsection:
"7,24(b), The district classification of the following
area situated at Kaunamano Homesteads, Kau, Hawaii, shall be
Agricultural (A-3a):
Beginning at a pipe at the southwest corner of this lot, being
also the west corner of Lot 26-E, the coordinates of said point
of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station
"Kapuna 2" being 5549,14 feet south and 8129,43 feet east, and
running by azimuths measured clockwise from true south:
1, 151° 337 00" 292,00 feet along Grant 2643:1 to Puhi;
2, 235° 307 00" 46,00 feet along L,C,A, 7552:1 to Kukui;
3, 134° 207 00"
