ORDINANCE NO'. ~`~'~~
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO, 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED
ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, BY ADDING A NEW
PARAGRAPH TO SECTION 10-5(c) (35-MILE PER HOUR ZONE),
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 10-5(c) of Ordinance No, 39, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is hereby amended by
adding a new paragraph to read as follows:
"21. The Mahukona-Niulii-Pololu Road, from a point
two thousand one hundred sixty (2,160) feet
on the Hawi (west) side of the entrance to
Halaula School to the Pololu Valley Lookout,"
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
