AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7,02, THE NORTH KONA ZONE MAP, ORDINANCE
NO, 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRI_
CULTURAL (A_5a) TO VILLAGE COMMERCIAL (CV_7,5) AND AGRICULTURAL (A_la)
IN HONUAINO 2ND, NORTH KONA, HAWAII,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1, Section 7,02 of Ordinance No, 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding thereto the following subsections:
"7,02(g-1) The district classification of the following
area situated at Honuaino 2nd, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be
Village Commercial (CV_7,5):
Beginning at the northeast corner of this parcel of land at the
southwest corner of Land Court Application 1605 and at the north-
west corner of a portion of R, P, 1098, L, C, Aw, 614 to Charles
Hall, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to
Government Survey Triangulation Station "PW O HAU" being 6917,30
feet north and 9243,74 feet east and running by azimuths measured
clockwise from true south:
1, 331° l0a 30" 216,60 feet along a portion of R, P,
1098, L, C, Aw, 614 to Charles
Hall;
2, 72° 19t 30" 151,31 feet along existing roadway;
3, 76° 14g 40" 79,58 feet along same;
4, 167° 04~ 00" 219,20 feet along Parcel 2;
5, 256° 08~ 30" 171,08 feet along a portion of R, P,
1098, L, C, Aw, 614 to Charles
Hall, Ethel V, Paris, owner to
the point o f beginning and con-
taini ng an area of 43,560 square
feet or 1,0 0 acre.
"7,02(8-2) The district classification of the following
area situated at Honuaino 2nd, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be

on the southerly side of a portion of R, P, 1098, L, C, Aw, 614
