ORDINANCE NO, 266
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.18, THE PUNA DISTRICT ZONE MAP,
ORDINANCE NO. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL (A -20a) TO AGRICULTURAL (A -10a)
IN KURTISTOWN, OLAA, PUNA, HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7.18 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding thereto the following subsection:
"7.18(b). The district classification of the following
area situated at Kurtistown, Olaa, Puna, Hawaii, shall be
Agricultural (A -10a):
Beginning at the northeast corner of this parcel of land, being
also the southeast corner of Lot 85 (Grant 6142 to Ruth Richard-
son Guard) of the Kaihenui Settlement Association Lots, and on
the west side of 13 -Mile Road, the coordinates of said point of
beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station
"OLAA" being 5,193.65 feet south and 6,944.57 feet west, and
thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from true south:
