ORDINANCE NO. 2+~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7,051 THE KAILUA-HONALO URBAN ZONE MAP,
ORDINANCE NO. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
FROM SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-7,5) TO VILLAGE COMMERCIAL (CV-7,5)
IN KAWANUI 1ST, NORTH KONA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7-9-14:14,
15 AND 16,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1, Section 7,05 of Ordinance No, 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding thereto the following subsection:
"7,05(f), The district classification of the following
area situated at Kawanui 1st, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be
Village Commercial (CV-7,5):
Beginning at a spike in concrete at the southeast corner of this
parcel of land, the coordinates of which referred to Government
Survey Triangulation Station "PUU OHAU" being 10,499,31 feet north
and 8,279,77 feet east, and. thence running by azimuths measured
clockwise from the true south:
1, 87° 38' 172,80 feet along Lot 8, to a pipe in concrete;
Thence along the easterly side of
Nahenahe Loop on a 30,00 foot radius
curve to the right, the chord azimuth
and distance being:
2, 187° 43' 10.26" 31,12 feet to a pipe in concrete;
Thence along the easterly side of
Nahenahe Loop on a 170.00 foot radius
curve to the left, the chord azimuth
and distance being:
3, 198° 18' 120,00 feet to a pipe in concrete;
4, 1770 38' 71,88 feet along the easterly side of Nahenahe
Loop to a pipe in concrete ;
5, 2670 38' 125.01 feet along Lot 4, to a pipe in concrete;
6 3570 38' 214,79 feet along the westerly side of Mamala-
. hoa Highway to the point o f ]beginning
and containing an area of 29,819 square
feet .
All as outlined in red on the map attached hereto, marked
Exh ibit "A
" and by reference made a part hereof."

ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY
CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM SINGLE-FAMILY
