ORDINANCE NO. 268
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.21, THE KEAAU ZONE MAP, ORDINANCE
NO. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
19671 AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM SINGLE-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS -15) TO SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS -10) IN
KEAAU, PUNA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 1-6-03:61.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7.21 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding thereto the following subsection:
"7.21(a). The district classification of the following
area situated at Keaau, Puna, Hawaii, shall be Single -Family
Residential (RS -10):
Beginning at a pipe at the northwest corner of this parcel of
land, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to
Government Survey Triangulation Station "OLAA" being 8963.70
feet north and 6627.27 feet east, and running by azimuths measured.

Copies of the foregoing Ordinance, in full, are on file
in the Office of the County Clerk for use and examination
by the public.
