ORDINANCE NO, 2'78
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7,10, KAWAIHAE-PUAKO ZONE MAP, ORDINANCE
NO, 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967,
AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL
(A-la) TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-20) IN OULI, SOUTH KOHALA, HAWAII,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII;
SECTION 1, Section 7,10 of Ordinance No, 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding thereto the following subsections:
"7,10 (B-1), The district classification of the following area
situated at Ouli, South Kohala, Hawaii, shall be Single Family
Residential (RS_20):
Beginning at the northeast corner of this parcel of land, on the west
side of the Kawaihae-Puako Road, the coordinates of said point of
beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "Puako"
being 10,677,09 feet North and 5,420,45 feet East and running by
azimuths measured clockwise from True South:
1, 11° 151 368,99 feet along the west side of the
Kawaihae-Puako Road;
2, 101° 151 35,00 feet along a jog in the west side
of the Kawaihae-Puako Road;
3, 110 151 350,00 feet along the west side of the
Kawaihae-Puako Road;
4, 2810 151 35,00 feet along a jog in the west side
of the Kawaihae-Puako Road;
5, 11° 15' 350,00 feet along the west side of the
Kawaihae-Puako Road;
6, 1010 151 20,00 feet along a jog in the west side
of the Kawaihae-Puako Road;
7, 110 151 250,00 feet along the west side of the
Kawaihae-Puako Road;

also the west side of the Kawaihae-Puako Road, tYle coordinates of said

by azimuths measured clockwise from True South:
