AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF HILO BY
CHANGING THE PROPOSED LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN AREAS
OF LAND FROM OFFICE COMMERCIAL USE TO RETAIL COMMERCIAL USE IN
WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1, Portions of the General Plan of the City of
Hilo are hereby amended by changing the land use designation
of certain areas of land situated at Waiakea, South Hilo,
Hawaii, from Office Commercial use to Retail Commercial use,
The boundaries and areas are outlined in red on the map at-
tacked hereto, marked "Exhibit A," and by reference made a
part hereof,
SECTION 2, This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval,
