AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7,03, THE SOUTH KONA ZONE MAP, ORDINANCE
NO, 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRI-
CULTURAL (A_5a) TO AGRICULTURAL (A_la) IN KEEI 2nd, SOUTH KONA, HAWAII,
COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 8-3-13:13,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1, Section 7,03 of Ordinance No, 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding thereto the following subsection:
"7,03(a), The district classification of the following area
situated at Keei 2nd, South Kona, Hawaii, shall be Agricultural
(A_la):
Beginning at a pipe in concrete at the northwest corner of this
parcel of land, at the southwest corner of a portion of Lot B-2
and on the east side of the present 60-foot width Government
Main Belt Road the coordinates of said point of beginning re-
ferred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "LAE O KANONI"
being 5,827,6 feet north and 12,883,0 feet east and running by
azimuths measured clockwise from true south as follows:
1, 250° O5T 937,84 feet along portion of Lot B-2 to a
pipe in concrete;
2, 359° llt 160,19 feet along portion of Lot B-2 to a
nail in concrete;
3, 71° 37~ 55" 848,26 feet along the north stonewall boundary
of Lot B-1, Charles Mokuahi, owner;
4, 67° 20~ 40" 67,89 feet along same;
5, 68° 43~ 19,09 feet along same;
6, 180° 35' 141,08 feet along the east side of the 60-foot
width Government Main Belt Road to the
point of beginning; and the area within
the above metes and bounds being 3,00
acres,
All as outlined in red on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit
"A," and by reference made a part hereof,"
SECTION 2, This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval,
