BE IT ORDAINED EY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUT7TY OF I3e16dAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7.02 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby
further amender? by adding thereto the following subsection:
"7,02(j), The district classification of the following area situated
at Kanaueue 2nd, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be Neighborhood Commercial
(CN-10):
Eeginning at the southwest corner of this parcel of land, the
coordinates of Gahich referred. to Government Survey Triangulation
Station "PUU GHAU" being 3,121.81 feet North and 11,268,93 feet East
an. thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South:
1, 167° 36' 30" 135.43 feet along the easterly side of t_he
T~amalahoa ~Iigh~aay;
2, 7.59° 45' 220,18 feet along stonewall, along Grant. 146
to George Thornton;
3, 253° 44' 17,28 feet along stonewall, along Grant 146
to George Thornton;
4. 3450 SB' 121.51 feet along remainder of Grant 173 to
John Peters;
750 58'
5 236.97 feet along the northerly side of a 30-
. foot ;aide Road Reserve to the Kona
Hospital, to the point of beginning
and. containing an area of 30,500
square feet,
A11 as outlined in red on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit
"A," and by reference made a Hart hereof."
SECTIOTQ 2, This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval,

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.02, THE NORTH KONA ZONE MAP,
OIL INANCE N0. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-15) TO
NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL (CN-10) IN KANAUEUE 2ND, NORTH KONA,
HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7-9-13:12.
Date Approved: December 4, 1969
Date Effective: December 15, 1969
Copies of the foregoing Ordinance, in full, are on file in
the Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the
public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance passed
