SEC^IION 1. Section 7,03 of Ordinance No. 63 (coning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended is her^by
further amended by adding thereto the following subsection:
"7,03(b), The dietrict classification of the following area situated
at Keei 2nd, South Kona, Hawaii, shall be Agricultural (~y-13):
Beginning at a pipe at the Northeast corner. of this lot, being
also the Southwest corner of Lot 2, and on the `,Vest side of Keei
Middle Road to Napoopoo, the coordinates of point of beginning referred
to Government Triangulation Station "LAE G iCAP70i~7I" being 5445,5 feet
North and 12,260,1 feet East, thence running by true azimuths measured
clockwise from true South:
1. 3440 04' 215,96 feat along the ',Vest side of Keei r'!iddle
Road to Napoopoo, to a pipe;
2_, 840 15' 385.00 feet along the I7orth side of 30-foot
Read Reserve, bn a pipe;
3, 164° 04' 2_40,65 feet along the remainder of L, C, .:w,
5524 , Apana 5, R, P, 1563 to L, K,,nia,
to a pipe;
4, 2670 90' 391,67 feet along Lot 2, to the point of beginning;
and containing an area of 2.0 acres,
A11 as outlined in red on the map attached hereto, marked ::xhibit
"A," and by reference made a part hereof,"
SECTION 2, This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval,

COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL (A-5a) TO AGRICULTURAL (A-la)
IN KEEI 2ND, SOUTH KONA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 8-3-10:50.
Date Approved: December 4, 1969
Date Effective: December 15, 1969
