AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7,291 THE CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP,
ORDINANCE NO. 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSI-
FICATION FROM OFFICE COMMERCIAL (CO-20) TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL
(CG-7,5) IN WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY
2-2-21:40,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7,29 of Ordinance No, 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is
hereby further amended by adding thereto the following subsection:
"7,2g(d), The district classification of the following
area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, shall be General
Commercial (CG-7,5):
Beginning at the northeast corner of this parcel of land and.
on the west side of Kilauea Avenue, the coordinates of said
point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation
Station "HALM " being 1,406,13 feet south and 6,620,48 feet
east, and. running by azimuths measured clockwise from true
south:
1, 346° 03' 89,44 feet along the west side of
Kilauea Avenue;
Thence along the west side of
Kilauea Avenue on a 5,759,60
foot radius curve to the left,
the chord. azimuth anal distance
being:
2. 346° 02' 16" 2,45 feet to the northeast corner
of Lot 3-A;
Thence along the west side of
Kilauea Avenue on a 5,759,60
foot radius curve to the left,
the chord azimuth and. distance
being:
3. 345° 16' 46" 150,00 feet to the southeast corner
of Lot 3-A, the northwest
corner of Kilauea Avenue and.
Lanihuli Street;
4, 580 10' 162,89 feet along the north side of
Lanihuli Street;
Thence running northerly for
the next four C4) courses,
the direct azimuths and dis-
tances being:
5, 148° 10' 123.30 feet;
6. 2510 56' 30" 26,42 feet;
7, 152° 30' 126,09 feet;
B, 167° 30' 55.40 feet;
9, 257° 37' 30" 192,72 feet along the north side of
Lot 3-C, to the point of k>egin-
ning and containing an area
of 49,011 square feet,
F111 as outlined. in red on the map attached hereto, marked.
Exhibit "A," and. by reference made a part hereof."
SECTION 2, This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval,

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.29, THE CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP, ORDINANCE
Noe 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967,
AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM OFFICE COMMERCIAL
(CO-20) TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL (CG-7e5) IN WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII,
COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 2-2-21:40.
