AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7,02, THE NORTH KO NA ZONE MAP, ORDI-
NANCE NO, 63 (ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY
OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
FROM UNPLANNED (U) TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-15) IN KEAHUOLU,
NORTH KONA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7-4-08:PORTION 1,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7,02 of Ordinance No, 63 (Zoning Ordinance),
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended., is
hereby further amended by adding thereto the following subsection:
"7,02(k), The district classification of the following
area situated at Keahuolu, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be Single
Family Residential (RS-15):
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of this parcel of land
on the easterly side of Palani Road and the south corner of
Lot 14 of Kealakehe Homesteads 1st Series, the coordinates
of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Tri-
angulation Station "KEAHUOLU" being 6,761,79 feet north and
15,350,23 feet east, thence running by azimuths measured
clockwise from true south:
1, 2490 51' 799,52 feet along the south boundary
of Kealakehe Homesteads lst
Series;
2, 248° 55' 30" 223,74 feet along same;
3, 1° 55' 30" 1,316.53 feet along the remainder of
R, P, 6851, L, C, Aw, 8452,
Ap, 12 to A, Keohokalole;
Thence along same on a curve
to the right with a radius of
5,400,00 feet, the chord azi-
muth and. distance being:
4, 110 52' 07,5" 1,864.96 feet;
5, 65° 35' 30" 685,00 feet along same;
Thence along the east side of
Palani Road on a curve to the
left with +~ radius of 736,80
feet, the chord azimuth and
distance being;
6, 185° 09' 12" 358,38 feet;
7, 1710 04' 40" 997,22 feet along same;
Thence along same on a curve
to the right with a radius of
935,40 feet, the chord azimuth
and distance being:
8, 1850 06' 40" 453,64 feet;
9, 1990 08' 40" 351,37 feet along same;
Thence along same on a curve
to the left with a radius of
975,40 feet, the chord azimuth
and distance being:
10, 1850 36' 40" 456,51 feet;
11, 172° 04' 40" 159,83 feet along same;
Thence along same on a curve
to the right with a s~adius of
674,50 feet, the chord azimuth
and distance being:
12, 1860 18' 25" 331,59 feet to the point of beginning
and containing an area of 65,65
acres.
All as out lined in red. on the map attached hereto, marked.

SECTION 2, This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval,
