ORDINANCE NO, 30'7
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-5 (SPECIAL SPEED LIMITS)
OF ORDINANCE NO, 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1, Subsection(c)of Section 10-5 of Ordinance
No, 39, Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is
hereby amended by adding two new paragraphs to read as follows;
"23, Volcano Road at Glenwood along
Project F-011-2(5), being a distance of
approximately four miles between the
18-mile post and the 22-mile post,
"24, Volcano Road along Project F-•Oll-2(9),
being the Hilo Bound lane from the Slaughter
House Road to Makalika Street,"
SECTION 2, This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval,
