BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY Of HAWAII:
SECTION (. Section 10-5(e)-4 of Ordinance No. 39,
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended,
is hereby further amended to read as follows:

one-thousand (1,000) feet South (i.e.,toward
Hilo) of Kapue Bridge to Kalaoa Mauka Camp
Road.°
SECTION 2. Section 17-8 of Ordinance No. 39, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is
hereby further amended to read as follows:

hundred (600) feet in the volcano direction.
(b) SOUTH HI LO.
I. The Hanakua aide of Haihai Street
between the entrance and exit of the Hilo
Municipal Golf Course.
2. The Puna side of Manono Street between
the entrance and exit of the Civic Auditorium.
3. The Hamakua side of Manono Street from
Kamehameha Avenue to Piilani Street.
4. On the mauka side of Kilauea Avenue
in front of Savemore Super Market from the
Puna exit of the market for a distance of one
hundred and fifty-five (I$$) feet in the Hamakua
direction.
(c) KONA.
I. In Captain Cook, on the west side of
Route II, beginning at a point .15 mile south of
Napoopoo Road (Palipoko Road) intersection for a
distance of four hundred (400) feet in a southerly
direction."
SECTION 3. The County Engineer is hereby authorized
and directed to eliminate the parking stalls located on the
mauka aide of Kilauea Avenue in front of Savemore Super
Market between the area beginning from the Puna exit of the
market to a point ending one hundred and fifty-five (I$$)
feet Hamakua (i.e., North) of said entrance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
