ORDINANCE N0. ~~3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIQV 17-7 (TIME LIMIT PARKING ZONES)
OF ORDINANCE N0. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, BY ADDING A NEW PARAGRAPH DESIGNATING
TIME LIMIT PARKING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 17-7 of Ordinance No. 39, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is hereby amended
by adding a new paragraph to read as follows:
"(c) The following time limits shall be applicable to
the parking of vehicles within the areas hereinafter
identified:
"l. One-Hour Parking
"a. Mauka side of Kinoole Street between
Kukuau and Ponahawai Streets between
the hours of 8:00 A. M. to 4:00 P.M.
every day except Sundays and holidays.
"b. Makai side of Kinoole Street between the
Hamakua side of Alenaio Stream and Ponahawai
Street between the hours of 8:00 A. M. to
4:00 P.M. every day except Sundays and
holidays."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
