ORDINANCE N0. ~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 53, REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, REGULATING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
DRIVEWAY APPROACHES IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7 of Ordinance No. 53, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"All sidewalks and driveway approaches constructed
under this ordinance shall be in accordance with
Standard Plan No. P-1007 as shown in 'Standard Details
for Roads, Storm Drains, Street Lights, and Sewers'
published by the Department of Public Works, County
of Hawaii, dated October 1968, which Standard Plan
No. P-1007 is hereby adopted by reference and made a
part hereof. Three copies of said Plan shall be kept
on file and be available for public inspection in the
County Clerk's Office."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
