AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 28 of ORDINANCE N0. 63
(ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 28 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning
Ordinance), Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii
1967, as amended, is hereby amended by adding Subparagraph
B(3) thereto to read as follows:
"3) South Hilo Safety Zones shall be
limited to a building height of seven (7)
stories or ninety (90) feet, whichever is less."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
