AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (c) (THIR'T'Y-FIVE MILES PER
HOUR) OF SECTION 10-5 (SPECIAL SPEED LIMITS) OF ORDINANCE
NO. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII 1967,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1, Subsection (c) of Section 10-5 of Ordinance
No, 39, Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is
hereby amended by changing Paragraph 6 of said subsection to
read as follows:
"6, Kuakini Highway from a point. 500
feet south (mauka) of the Ala Keanawai
intersection to Palani Road,"
Section 2, This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval,
