AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 235, RELATING TO THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1969 TO JUNE 30, 1.970.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 235, relating to the Capital Improvements
Program for the period from July 1, 1969 to June 30, 1970 is hereby
amended by substituting the following projects
1. Department of Public Works - Roads
a. Ohelo Street, Honokaa, Sidewalk and Pavement
Improvement - $17,000
SECTION 2. Funds for the above project will be provided by
transferring the entire appropriation of $17,000 earmarked for the project
described as "Mamane Street Sidewalk", Honokaa.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
