ORDINANCE N0. ~~'
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19-1 (PARKING METER ZONES) OF
ORDINANCE N0. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED OkDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW
SUBSECTION THERETO RELATING TO ONE-HOUR ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 19-1 of Ordinance No. 39, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is here by
amended by the addition of a new subsection thereto, to read as
follows:
"(b) One-Hour Zones
"1. All the metered areas on Kinoole
Street in the City of Hilo."
SECTION 2. The County Traffic Engineer shall make the
appropriate changes to the subject parking meters so as to
conform to the provisions of this ordinance and subsection (c)
of Section 19-2 of Ordinance No. 39, Revised Ordinances cf the
County of Hawaii 1967.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon the
completion of the changes referred to in the above section.
