ORDINANCE N0. ~3~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-5 (SPECIAL SPEED LIMITS) OF
ORDINANCE N0. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 10-5(a) of Ordinance No. 39, Revised
Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, is hereby amended by
the addition of a new paragraph thereto to read as follows:
"12. The Kailua-Kawaihae Road, from a point 1,050 feet
south of the Ke-Ahole Airport Access Road to the Access
Road."
SECTION 2. The above Ordinance No. 39 is hereby further
amended by the addition of a new paragraph to Section 10-5(i)
to read as follows:
"6. The Kailua-Kawaihae Road, from a point 750 feet
north of the access road to Honokohau Harbor to a point
1,050 feet south of the Access Road to Ke-Ahole Airport."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
