ORDINANCE NO. ~~~'
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 329, REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING FOR
A ONE-HOUR PARKING ZONE FOR THE METERED AREAS ON KINOOLE
STREET BETWEEN WAIANUENUE AVENUE AND HAILI STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 329, Revised Ordinances of
the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 1. Section 19-1 of Ordinance No. 39,
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as
amended, is hereby amended by the addition of a new
subsection thereto, to read as follows:
"b. One-Hour Zones.
"l. The metered areas on Kinoole Street
between Waianuenue Avenue and Haili Street in
the City of Hilo.
"Section 2. The County Traffic Engineer shall
make the appropriate changes to the subject parking
meters so as to conform to the provisions of this
ordinance and subsection (c) of Section 19-2 of
Ordinance No. 39, Revised Ordinances of the County
of Hawaii 1967, as amended.
"Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect
upon the completion of the changes referred to in
the above section."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
