Attached is Resolution No. 328-00, Draft 2, which was the result of an amendment made at the
Finance Committee meeting of October 17, 2000.
Due to a grammatical error found in the fourth Whereas clause of the Resolution, an amendment was
madet_( change the word `revision" to "reversion".
